The diploma thesis deals with design documentation of a multifunctional building. The new building is located in a town Uherský Brod in Uherské Hradiště district. The house is situated on a gentle sloping land. The new building is divided into café, drugstore and eight flats. The masonry are designed from Porotherm system. The roof is warm flat roof.
Residential Building in Humpolec – Execution of Superstructure

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the building-technological project for Implementation os Superstructure of Residetial building in Humpolec. For the realization of the stage was elaborated a technological note for proces of vertical and forizontal carrying construction. Horizontal elements are made of masonry system Porotherm and concrete columns. Horizontal floors are made of concrete. Thesis also contains budget, time schedule, machine assembly, organization of construction proces. In traffic part, roads was planned from the suppliers to the place of construction.
Family house

The subject of the bachelor work is a new building of family house in the village called Pozďatín on the land parcel number 155 in the district of Třebíč. The family house is situated on a gentle sloping ground. The family house is projected as a two-floor building. Under the object there is partly made a cellar. The size of ground plan are 13,5 m x 10,25 m. The top of the family house is located in 7,75 m height above the first floor. The house is constructed on a concrete foundations. From the point of view of construction the house is combination of concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic blocks in the first floor. Ceiling are projected from the system called Porotherm. A stairway is a contruction of three-legs and a material of the stairway are iron and concrete with wooden step stairs. A gabled roof is consisted of wooden roof frame and the roof is composed of burnt roof covering.
Family house with establishment

Subject of this thesis is to develop a project of the family house with a business establishment – a dental clinic. The building is situated in the Zlín Region, the cadastral territory of Valašské Meziříčí - město. The building with two floors and a basement is located on a sloping terrain. The dental clinic is placed in the eastern part of the first floor and the rest of the floors are used for housing. A garage is attached to the family house from the east side. The Porotherm brick system is used for masonry, a ceiling structure is built of POT beams and pramic panel Miako. Roofing of the house is formed by gable roof, double-skinned. Above the garage is a single-skinned walkable roof that can be used as a terrace.

In the bachelor´s thesis is solved lately erected building freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Drnovice, parc. no 1750/3, Blansko district. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outlone of the house are 15,14x17,15. Ridge height is 7,475m. The basis contruction are of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 100/100/6. The building is performed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof rack of the house is made of metal roofing.

The subject of this thesis is to develop drawings for a new family house with an establishment - café. The building is located in Slavkov u Brna. It is located on flat terrain. It has a basement and two floors. On the first floor we find a cafe with outdoor seating for guests. Part of the café is a game room in the basement. The second floor is used for housing a family of four. Part of the house is built-in garage. Masonry is made up of masonry system Porotherm, overhead structures are made of POT beams and ceramic shims Miako. The whole house is covered with a hipped roof. The project was developed in AutoCAD.

This bachelor’s dissertation is on the design of a two-floor family home with a basement. This study starts at the building stage and focuses on the construction details and energy demands of the building. It also looks at fire safety solutions in the home. The floorplan and the architectural look take into account the needs of the future occupants in terms of the relevant regulations, standards and norms. Traditional materials are used with the latest building techniques.
Detached House with Pedagogical-Psychological Guidance Centre

Bachelor thesis on The new detached house with pedagogical-psychological Guidance Centre at the documentation for the execution of works was drawn up so that the object is divided into two parts. The first part is a detached house with garage. There is an attic above the prevailing flat house, which has a shed roof. The roof over the garage, store and sanitary facilities is flat roof. There were designed operating room and daily room on the first floor and there is a quiet zone for the family in the attic. Entry to the garage is also possible through the vestibule. The living room provides entry to the outdoor terrace. The second part is a Guidance Centre, which is located on the ground floor. There is designed a shed roof. Circumferential load-bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry system Porotherm. The entire building is insulated by ETICS. There are combinations of white, grey and brown shades of colors on a facade. Draft stationary traffic for counseling clients and residents of the detached house was situated in the northern part of the site.

Masonry is made up of Porotherm system, ceiling structures are made of filigree plates. The building is covered saddle roof created by wood trusses. The project was developed in AutoCAD.

House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.
